We use two fulfillment methods, depending on stock availability:

1. Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) – Primary Shipping Method

• ✅ Orders dispatched within 24 hours, including weekends.
• ✅ Fastest delivery speed – in most EU countries, orders arrive within 1 business day.
• ✅ Orders are automatically fulfilled by Amazon if all items in the cart are available in Amazon warehouses.
• ✅ Customers will see "Fulfilled by Amazon" at checkout.

2. Fulfilled by Diawin – Direct from Our Warehouse

• 🕒 Handling time: 0-1 business days.
• 🚚 Delivery time: 2 business days from tracking update.
• 📦 Some orders may be on hold if we need to confirm foot measurements before fulfillment.

• If any item in your cart is unavailable in Amazon's inventory, your order will be Fulfilled by Diawin.
• Customers cannot select which fulfillment method is used—Amazon is always prioritized when possible.

How to Know if Your Order is Fulfilled by Amazon?

During checkout, you’ll see either:
✔️ "Fulfilled by Amazon" – Amazon will ship your order.
✔️ "Fulfilled by Diawin" – We will ship your order from our warehouse.

Regardless of the fulfillment method, we ensure fast processing, excellent service, and easy returns.

Returns & Exchanges

All returns are submitted via our Return Portal. Returns of orders fulfilled by Amazon are then processed according to Amazon return policies. See our Refund Policy for more details
