In case of failed payments via our payment gateway, please do not make a new order. Simply send us an email or chat massage with the details of the product that you were trying to order and we will do our best to complete your order.

Who bears the postage cost regarding the return of the goods / complaint? Plus

How do I file a Warranty claim? Plus

All orders are covered under our 24-month Warranty against manufacturing defects. If you have received a defective product, please reach out to us by email or chat with the defect information, including some photo evidence, and we'll work with you to make it right.

Ensure that the goods are properly cleaned.

Please note:

The buyer is obliged to hand over the claimed goods to the seller, including all its components, in a hygienically sound condition that allows safe handling of the goods by other persons. Otherwise, the seller is entitled to reject the goods claim.

The 24-month Warranty applies exclusively to the goods purchased through our website. If you have purchased the goods from our business partner, please contact them directly.
