How to Start a Return

To start a return, log in to your account on d-wide.com, go to your orders, and submit a return request for the order you want to return. You can then select the items you’d like to return or exchange and follow the instructions.


Return Conditions

  • Items must be new and unused, with all original packaging.
  • Shoes that show signs of wear or damage may not be eligible for a full refund.
  • We do not accept returns from non-EU countries, non-EU islands, or non-EU VAT zones.

Returns Process

  • You will submit your return request from your account (after logging in).
  • We will email you a return shipping label.
  • Items must be properly packed to avoid damage.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 30 days.

Damaged or Defective Items

We inspect every pair of shoes before shipping, but if your order arrives damaged:

  2. Provide photo evidence of the defect.
  3. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 30 days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
